The best part of training with Scott was building towards my goal of hiking in the wild in Alaska with a very tailored program to take into account my current physical state. Scott designed my programs and stages around this goal and it made a significant difference. Scott is very easy to get along with, the training has been fun and the results have been fantastic. As my wife and kids say I was on a journey to go from "Dad bod" to "Dad god" (although I wouldn't go that far!)

I have achieved fitness, strength and body fat levels that I didn't think was possible. My body shape has changed dramatically and my posture has improved. I no longer get aches and pains that I previously did due to improved strength and posture.

I began online training with Scott with the goal of competing in my first bodybuilding competition and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I was set up with my diet and training plan, was given support whenever I needed it and he was always quick to reply to me even though I'm on the opposite side of the world.

I started training with Scott to enter my first bikini competition. At the beginning Scott helped me understand the value of food and where I was going wrong and had to improve if I was serious about this. With 15 weeks to go I started tracking my macros following a nutrition plan set out by Scott. He made me realise that food was something that I could enjoy which I now see is the most important part of dieting. I started cooking more for me and my daughter and have loved it. We also love to cook together which is also great spending time and teaching her how to make great tasting healthy food. Not only did it change me physically but I also grew in confidence throughout the process. At any point I was struggling Scott was always there to motivate me and continually give me advice to help me through. The organisation actually really helped me spend more time with my daughter. Scott taught me so much through the process and I can confidently stay in great shape with a sustainable and enjoyable diet and training I enjoy.

I started my journey with Scott over a years ago. At the time I was in "ok shape", but always feeling tired at work and my diet wasn't well balanced. On my own I had no motivation as I didn’t really know what I was doing and no accountability.

Training with Scott has been great - my programme is tailored to work around my life, rather than the other way around. Scott is also a trainer who lives in the real world - most of us aren’t training to be body builders, and understands that time to reap the rewards of training is essential. Personally, my training came at a time in my life where I needed it the most. Throughout my 20’s, I’d always been able to eat what I wanted, do no exercise and not put on weight. I initially started training to see what my potential was in getting fit. Little did I realise the other benefits training would have on my life. Physically, I am so much happier with the way I look, but what I wasn’t expecting was the impact regular training would have on stability of my mental health! My main goal last year was to decrease the pain in my hip and losing weight was a massive part of that, and without a doubt it's happened. Before I started training there were days I couldn't get out bed I was in that much pain - now I'm pain free 99% of the time and have stopped taking painkillers. Now I've caught the fitness bug, this year is about staying positive and looking to progress as much as I can. Scott has been an instrumental part of this. Providing an easy to follow, step by step process specific to my goals is why I look and feel the way I do now.

I went into the process with the main goal of getting stronger and being pain free. How I feel now has far ascended my original goal and its all down to Scott’s specific programming, nutrition guidelines and being sympathetic to my needs. I’d never tried online training before and thought it would be too hard at the start. I couldn’t have been more wrong, and so happy I went through with it. Thanks Scott.

They say nothing feels better than fit feels and I have to agree. It’s amazing what you can achieve when you set your mind to it. I’d have to say that having Scott in my corner as my coach guiding me was a huge factor to how I managed to get the results that I did and I’ll be forever thankful.

Having previously had an unhealthy relationship with food (binge eating, under eating) Scott has really guided me by slowly increasing my calories and drilled in the importance of meal prepping to keep in line with my training and goals.
